No revert from a2hosting,i am petrified

Hi
As most of you said to go with a2hosting.I mailed them twice(last 24hrs) asking them about their basic wordpress package.To my shock they haven't replied yet !!Also since i am from India i dont have access to call them.,but only email
what should i do ??

All i want to do is put a simple ecomm website with wordpress.,but lost at hosting company ??

    What are the questions you're asking?

    As for no response, check their "sales" hours, sales support may not be available over the weekend.

    If you are seeking great hosting and very quick response, may I suggest you take a good look at BigScoots. (NOT an affiliate link). For many years I used HostGator and BlueHost, but following their purchase by Endurance International their service rapidly became unacceptable. In fact, you should take a look at all the hosting companies listed in the link I've provided and avoid them at all costs.

    After a great deal of research, I moved to BigScoots last year and it's a decision I've never regretted. As I said, their customer service / response time is great, and I've actually received positive feedback regarding the load-time of my various websites.

    I have quite a few sites and I dreaded the hassle involved in moving, but BigScoots took complete care of it within an hour or so and this included all the email addresses etc. associated with my sites.

    Also, an earlier reply mentioned that you may not have received a reply from the other hosting company because it's the weekend. Really??? Any hosting company worth your consideration should man its customer service 24/7.

      I just checked that hosting - and they have a full page on their website devoted to wordpress hosting. I can't imagine what questions about "basic" hosting are not answered there.

      As for calling - they also provide an international phone number AND have a live chat option.

      I don't necessarily agree about weekends. If a site mans the phones and the live chat - they may not be answering emails in detail 24/7. Use one of the contact methods they suggest.

    I use A2 hosting and have always been very happy with their response times. That's as a paying customer, not a prospect. When I was looking at moving my sites to A2 I asked my questions during normal business hours in the US so cannot address their weekend response times but I believe all pertinent information is on their site as Kay states above.

    I'm not sure what you're really asking? If you're with a hosting company and they aren't responding to your queries then I'd recommend you switch to a new one

    The problem has been solved.Went to a2hosting -> "Live Chat" Voila.They reply to my each n every query.When asked i haven't got your reply to which they say..no ticket has been raised yet.Probably some minor issue.Thanks everybody
