The site is opening fine for me. If the site is very new it takes time to index by google naturally.

Google has indexed 3 pages on your site. Enter the following into the Google search box to check:
    site:sinceretolove.com

Do a search for "submit rss feed" and submit your blog's RSS URL:
    sinceretolove.com/?feed=rss2

I suggest in the WP admin you choose not to use the full blog post, so the entire content of your posts aren't included in your RSS feed.

Search for a good ping plugin and install it. Be sure to set it so it doesn't ping too often.

Submitting your RSS and pinging your updates are good ways to get your blog posts indexed.

If you're not using PERL scripts, you probably don't need a cgi-bin. However, just create a new directory and name it cgi-bin. Not having a cgi-bin will only cause indexing problems if you are generating dynamic content using a PERL script located in your cgi-bin, which I doubt in your particular case.
