    When it comes to making money online, Wordpress has become the standard. There are also a few plugins that you can use to make your site mobile-friendly (should do this because of the recent update) that are really easy to use like WP Touch and others. You can search Google to find a list of these. There's also a page on the Google site, where you can input your url to find out if your site is mobile-friendly and how Google actually sees it.
