Looking for affiliates or CPA networks

So hi,

After posting a few things here, I learned a few things:

1. Make money doing what I love
2. Create trust relationships with prospect customers

So, I asked myself what do I love, and the answer is, well certainly I do not love selling stuff, I love coding and the creative part of the whole thing.

So I created a few tools to help me get clients who need a coder, website, mobile apps or even graphic design with the help of a few freelance friends I have.

Im almost done with the coding and all the part I know the how-to, but Im struggling to get partners in crime

Ive tried peerFly, maxbounty, and a few other major CPA networks for a chance to advertise my web/apps development services.. truth is Im tired of getting rejected xD
I wish my passion was car loans, or weight loss, or mobile app downloads jejeje but no, and I refuse to quit my goal.

So here is my cry for help, if any one knows of a CPA accepting the "web development services" (or something similar) vertical I would appreciate if you tell me I will sign-up using your affiliate link if any.

Or alternatively, Im also willing to pay a commission over projects sold if anyone around here is interested.

I want to really dry the possibilities on affiliate partners or CPA, before going to buySellAds or AdWords, or bingAds or any other PPC (which has shown so little performance to me in the past)
