I don't know about the rest but EZA terms tells you exactly what you can and what you cannot do with those articles. You just need to read it:

You can but Google doesn't like duplicate content.

Why don't you spend a short time writing your own 400-500 (or whatever) article instead?

As for ebay, you've got ebay turbo lister 2.

A programme from ebay, just type it into google. Pretty useful, allows bulk uploading and is helpful if you have lots of items to list. Pretty simple looking but more than does the job. May take a little familiarisation but hey, what doesn't?

You can copy and paste articles as long as you include their resource box at the bottom of it.

have a look at this page on my blog:

Top Blog Plugins & Pings | myeasyonlinepay.com The Samantha Milner Blog

if you look right at the bottom you will see lots of pingbacks this is because people have re-used many of my articles that i had pointing to this particular page on my blog. Click on a couple of them and it will show you how my articles have been reused by others.

    kind regards

For what you need, a wordpress blog would be the best option. Well SEO optimized with all the latest plugins would do the job. For video tutorials on blog setup and podcasts about choosing topics for blogging, visit Learning Resources

What Sam said is correct. You can copy paste as long as you include their resource box at the bottom of it. They will still get their recognition and be traffic.

I recommend though that you take some time and just re-write the article yourself in your own words and try to convey your personality. This should help with conversions and your content will be unique and more valuable in the eyes of google.
