What's all this site flippin' malarky?

Hey Guys,

I have never really looked too much at flipping websites. For me I find it very easy to get a site ranked in the search engines and getting traffic.

What would be the best way to flip a site thats ranking and getting traffic? Can anyone recommend a good place to read up on site flipping?

    M8 , search for member LMC he had a great site flipping ebook!

    I now currently making $10,000 per month with site flipping!

    all thanks to LMC, the best thing is i only have been doing this around 3-4 months ,

    get good search engine results get good QUALITY TRAFFIC and get the site earning $$$ per month then flip

      Great question.

      But who can resist quick money?

      Let me give you a scenario. And it's a good one.

      I used to own a membership site about how to cure yourself using natural home remedies. It was not a major success -- but I made about $400 in the first month. For the second month, I made $350 (dropped in retention level due to lost in momentum and some other reasons that I cannot disclose).

      That's a total of $750.

      I sold off the site on the third month for $4,477. Considering I averaged about $350 per month, I'm getting the revenues that I would get 12 months in the future!

      It's the same reason why people invest in real estates and then flip them.

          The common step?

          3 words.

          "Rinse and repeat".

          It's that simple. Also you need to have a buyer's mindset. If you created a site -- put yourself in the seat of the buyers and look if your deal (or site) is attractive and will you bid on it?

          Also, it is very important to "take action" in this business. You cannot hold back and procrastinate.
