Should I just look into paid traffic?

Should I just look into paid traffic? The reason why I say this is because I have created a few blogs. I have made sales here and there just by adding content. Yes I know about long tail keywords and low competition.

Thing is not only do you have to create content but you have to promote it to drive traffic and this is taking a long time to get ranked

Wondering if I should continue what Im doing or just look into paid traffic..

Advice suggestions?

  • If you're gonna use paid marketing why don't you just buy an seo package from the warriors for hire section. You'll probably end up spending less.

I would have invented Google and Microsoft if I was born earlier.

There's no such thing as free traffic. You have to trade your time or dollars for it. Best to start off investing your spare time first to determine if your sales funnel converts. If it does convert at a profit then buy all of the targeted traffic you can! If you can make $2 back on every $1 in paid traffic what would you do?

The reason why most people are afraid about using paid traffic sources is losing money in the process. In my experience the question is not really which traffic method you decide to use, because if you have an offer or if your site gives you $1.50 or $2 back when you pay $1 into paid traffic sources then you would do it all day long.

if you are confident that your blog have killer contents that will build you a loyal subscribers which will buy your products sooner or later then you can go with paid traffic. It really depends on your goal...

You may want traffic to get FANS

    or

You may want traffic to get SALES

I always drive traffic to a squeeze page first, very IMPORTANT and then redirect them to a blog or an offer, that way you can reach out to them when you have new contents, videos, guides, offers etc.

That's the best way to go. IMO

    I would say no.

Learn, first, how to drive visitors from free traffic sources, and of course how to monetize that traffic and use it for re-marketing (your list). Once you master this (or at least get good at it), then move on to paid traffic. At this stage, you'll blow your money without making a profit if you start paying for traffic..

If you're getting sales with your content, that's a good sign. If you were to consider paid traffic, then consider getting an auto-responder and put together a squeeze page. I can help with you this if needed. Then send your paid traffic to your squeeze page, and you can drive your email content to the content you have created and put together mini follow-ups after each post to improve your chances of getting those conversions into sales.

Do a check of the quality of the paid traffic provider before you buy. Search for honest reviews in forums/google.

Paid advertising is good. I love it. I'll admit that free marketing traffic comes slow sometimes, but sometimes..... that's where your more lucrative backend customers will come from. I agree with fellows above who said to do both. But if you have the money, invest heavily each month in paid advertising. And don't burn yourself out on free marketing.
