Google Adwords Delima (?)! Violated Terms of Service!

So, I want to use Google Adwords to promote my youtube channel/videos.
Well, the thing is currently, I have about 100 thousand views and 10000 subs.
80% of those views and subs are all fake.
And I clearly violated terms of service...
I bought them from freelancer...
So, If I use Google adwords, Will I be caught... ? and my videos Banned?

    I should create another Youtube account to register at Google adwords?

      Yes, basically you should start over. Create a new Youtube channel, upload your videos and try getting real people to view & subscribe. And then try out Adwords, risk free.

    The bottom line is, you need to legitimize your business approach. Just like any other business, there are no shortcuts with internet marketing. Put in the work to create great videos and promote them everywhere. If you have to use paid advertising, find the network that's right for you (Adwords, Facebook, Media.net, etc.). Put your energy into your products, not your traffic.
