Do you run a blog alongside your online business to drive traffic?
If yes do you write your own content? Would you outsource your blog to someone else?
If you are not running a blog why not?

My answers are the same- yes, yes, no and N/A. I found it amazing that the person with a signature about outsourcing any topic said he wouldn't outsource though...not exactly a very good recommendation for his business.

Yes, I do run a blog along with my main business site.

Never underestimate the power of a blog to build credibility.

You have to understand that if you want to sell anything online, whether that’d be products or services, you have to get people to trust you.

If they don’t trust you, they won’t buy from you.

    It really is that simple.

When you put up a blog, your blog should make it clear to the world that you know what you’re taking about.

At the very least, it establishes your credentials.

It separates you from everybody else out there that’s trying to sell similar products and services.

The more people share your blog posts, the more traffic you get.

The more people link to your blog posts, the more traffic you get.

Ideally, you should write your own content if you are an expert in your space.

However, this is not always possible.

Even if you’re an expert, you might not have the time or motivation to write.

This is why you shouldn’t be shy about outsourcing your work.

As long as that person specializes in the same niches you cover, you should be fine.

Blogging is essential for building online credibility.

I recommend it for MOST (not all) marketers.

I run a blog from my own online investment, online consulting and E-commerce businesses.
