There is really no one Niche that is best suited for List Building and Email Marketing.

Most Niches really have the potential to be very profitable with Email Marketing if it is done properly and diligently.

Actually, if the OP really wants to follow the plan he outlined, MMO is a prime market, simply because of the number of both solo sellers and Clickbank offers.

Of course, the odds of successfully selling those offers is pretty slim unless you really know what you're doing. It doesn't sound like the OP is in that group.

djfumon, read Robert's and Tom's advice until it sinks in. You can thank them later.

      I would not say this...

In fact, the MMO niche is filled with many opportunities. Plus in my experience (unless there are some marketplaces I am not aware of) most solo ads are in the MMO niche, making it relatively easy to get high quality traffic and build your list.

As usual, discrat hit the nail on the head. It's really a case of this:

    1. Determine your target audience.
    2. Figure out how to get them to your squeeze.
    3. Develop an appropriate squeeze, freebie, funnel.
    4. Appropriate follow-up message pattern.
    5. Build trust.
    6. Monetize with relevant offers.

One thing to consider: evergreen, desperate markets.

This is almost like asking "What can i do with $100 to make money tomorrow?"

I'll tell you this: If you do your market research and you discover a niche that is easily accessible, receptive, and *starving* for material or information that can help them out... then you should choose this niche. And price your product accordingly so that you can profit hugely. Small rabid niches still exist out there on the internet.

Luke McCormack hit the best areas very well. However, the best niche to be involved with is something you know well. You need to be able to add value to your subscribers and to answer any possible questions you may get, so knowing your niche well is very important regardless of which niche you choose.

  • I think all niches are suitable. You have to take the leap for the niche you want. If you are referring to only IM niches. It's really hard to say, they can all be lucrative. Only you can answer this question.

I think your asking the wrong question.
That's like asking what lake can i catch the most fish in. It's not the lake but what kind of bate are you using. Just pick a niche that is profitable. Making money online, weight loss, health care. Start with one of these and you will be fine.

I don't think there is a best niche, the best niche for you would be a niche in which you are an expert in and can market to the people in that niche IMO.

if you want hassle free of setting up ,

than look at AAS and 5FD which I using to build list.

OF course you have to pay for it because is self hosted and already build in squeeze page
with " auto pilot features back office" .

than follow up promote your click bank offers

All niches are great for list building. building a list allows you to always have a source of customers to market and sell to.

I, like no one else in this thread can tell "you" what the best niche is for "You", but I can tell you the worst ones. This may help to give you a better idea what's best for "you".

Even knowing little or nothing about you, the worst niche for List Building is ...
      • One that you have no interest in or the people ( it's just about the potential money).
      • One where your market has no real interest in the niche (it's all about the money, then they're out).
      • One where your prospects no longer need you after they purchase.
      • One where the prospects no longer need you after they get certain information you have to give them.
      • One where the niche requires you to constantly get new prospects because of low-retention.
      • One where you have to put in more time than the payoff is worth (low profit margin).
      • One where you don't bring a unique advantage to the table or you can't partner with a company that does.
This isn't a complete list but hopefully, this gives you a general idea of what not to get involved with. Now just do the opposite of the above guidelines and you'll be fine. The rest is dependent on the amount of work you put in.

Build a list in a niche that you know something about, where you can actually help people to solve their problems.

Don't follow the example of a lot of the IM 'gurus', where they promote lots of products they don't even use successfully themselves because they only care about the money they make, and not the person on the other end of the transaction. In other words, don't be a snake oil salesman.

I really don't think there is one best niche you should pursue, and don't rely on the top 10 best niches "advice", you should just go with a niche you actually know something about, otherwise it will be impossible to build a relationship based on trust with your potential clients.

My question is - where do you buy solos for niches such dating, health and wellness, etc.?

All I ever see are solo ads for the MMO niche.

    Thanks

Like many people have already said, there is no "best" niche. There is only "your" niche, something you're comfortable with and having fun writing about.

Choosing a niche that's lucrative but totally boring for you is a quick way of getting burned out.

Instead, focus on your own passions and interest and try to build something off of that.

    Best,

    Karl
