I need help launching my first project

Hello! First of all, I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, I am new here.
I am currently developing some sort of online community for all kinds of coders. The project has many features for the users: project/task manager with a dashboard for them to manage their projects, a ticketing system related to the management script, so their clients can keep in touch with the progress of their projects, Q&A section, tutorials, a blog where I will post news, resources, a inspiration section where I will post handpicked good projects from other websites, etc.
The thing is that I don't want the users to pay for any of the services (and I think nobody will pay since the website is new). It's been 7 years since I'm into web developmemt, but this is my first personal project and I don't know how to get the best of it. I need some advice from you, guys! How do you think I can monetize it? Ofcourse, any other feature/service suggestion you think I can add to the website is well received. The blog is already running and I try to make some money from being a referral to some well known websites.
Thank you and sorry if I misspelled any word(s), I am not an english native.

Just do the project and do not think of any monetization as of the moment... business models aren't hard enough when users are flocking to use your application. Just do your features keeping in mind to do it well because you want users to love it even if it is free...

That's what I want: to provide premium quality features for free. But I need to get money from this project so I can keep it running. I have already started the blog and I posted some affiliate links to some premium items. That's what I could do for the moment.

That's going to be the best answer you hear on this forum.

You just said yourself that you spent 7 years developing this platform, and right now you need only one thing- beta testers to prove the concept and tell their friends. If you try to monetize on them at this point though, then your project is doomed from the very start. So spend another year building your subscriber base, teach them why your way is better and then re-visit how to monetize it. That's your only chance of making it really take off.
