Selling a website + established business, where to list?

I have a website geared towards futures traders that I started about 12 months ago, and in a period of about 9 months generated 22k in sales. Looking for a place to sell this website/business, preferably free and with serious buyers. Looking to get ebitda X 2 or 40k for it.

Any suggestions, already checked out freemarket.com and doesn't look like anything more then $20 domains are selling on there.

Flippa.com is probably your best place for big website sales, but they do have a fee

Flippa is good but another company that I have heard about lately is Empire Flippers:

Empire Flippers - Website Brokers | Vetted Marketplace

    (no affiliation)

I believe it is somewhat different from Flippa in that they handle the whole thing for you and you just pay them a fee. I know Flippa also charges a fee but I think that with Empire Flippers they go about finding you a buyer, etc.

You could contact them and ask a few questions at the very least to see if they might be a fit for what you are trying to do.

Hey, I want a new MacBook Pro. But I want it to be free. Apple should just GIVE me that without charging me, right?

    Speaking of getting serious.

    Lol. Cheapskate ...

EDIT: To be helpful, it might actually be in your best interest to talk to a professional broker - who knows, you may actually be undervaluing your site by several thousand dollars. You might actually make MORE if you abandon that "I DEMAND free service from other businesses" attitude ...
