Do you have reason to be afraid? Did you defraud this person, or misrepresent earnings for the site you sold?

You should have nothing to worry about then. I've been threatened like that before online. 99% of the time the person is bluffing to get a reaction from you. I'd just ignore it.

I dont know your full story, but, I dont think you'd be in trouble. You could maybe sue him for defamation, if you refunded his money there should not be a problem.

You should report this user to flippa.

So do you mean if the person is not refunded, even if you do not promise any refund beforehand, you would get into trouble?

It just makes you look better if you refunded the money.

You'll always find people like this when your in IM, its just best if you give them their
money back and be done with them.

If your sites good, then you will have no problems selling it (with or without his comments).

If this person actually contacted the Police, YES, they do follow up on these potential accusations by categorizing & filing it to the necessary parties or agencies.

You shouldn't have anything to worry about unless you have actually done something wrong. The only thing you can do is continue doing what you are doing & provide a better & quality service. Negativity will soon go away, as long as you are doing & promoting the right things the right way.

If you are making false accusations with your products, then that's a different story. Just tell the truth, be accurate & answer peoples questions on time, without fail...your conscience will be your guide.
