custome order on fiverr

I got a mail saying user gave customer order.
But when I open fiverr in app I saw just a message in my inbox.How the user will pay me for the customer. He should buy any gig of my list or is there some other way that he will pay.

    Most of the Fiverr user use the PAYPAL to make any transaction. You can also use the Paypal. Moneybookers/ Skrill does not support by the Fiverr.

    I believe if a customer is requesting a custom order from you, it will paid the same way as if it was a gig, but you do not need to make a new gig, the custom order will work as a temporary gig of sorts.

    (Please, if someone else knows more, correct me if I'm wrong)!
