Newbie Help - Live chat on e-commerce website ?
Hi folks
I would like to add a 'click to live-chat now' button to my e-commerce site.
I have small traffic but wish to have this feature on the homepage to grow a sense of trust / security.
Question - can anyone reccomend a service that either a) charges by customer service time used or b) a service that simply pings my phone and directly lets me chat with the customer from my pc OR phone. No agents needed, basically.
