Promote a new product with no budget

Hi, everyone! I have a little question for you.
My name is Natasha, I'm a linguist by training and I'm also a big fan of marketing )
Recently I have found some interesting product (it's a software) and now I ask myself how I can sell it. There is a little problem, I have no budget. I'm still studying, and I don't know how to promote this kind of product without money. In the future I hope to find some, but at this moment it's the main problem.
How should I start? May be someone was in the same situation. What is the best way to promote the product without any dollar? I know it's difficult, but all big companies started like this, so may be I also can try to do something. Hope to get some advices.

    Hey Natasha,
    You could create a Facebook page related to your niche and post the affiliate link on it . It takes some time but its worth it.

    you can write about the product in a free blog in a regular basis, research info about and write your own opinion, make videos and work with youtube. this could give you visits for sure

      I like this idea, but how can I use them without being banned for a spam, for example? Where is a line between being a spammer or a simple user who just mention sometimes to people the product he find interesting?

        Keep what you write close to your heart.

        Imagine, you like cakes, and then don't start writing about cars if that is not your passion.

        Now if you go on cake forums, then it's easy to write from your passion, from your heart and it not looks like spam at all.

        If you go to the car forum, but you have no ideas about how cars work or what they do, then find a way to write there, but in such a way that it looks natural. Not become a car expert, play stupid, let people help you to advice you and you will build a status. From there you can post your product. But it will take a lot more time to get an excepted status.

    Hi Natasha,
    You could create a Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram account and post related to your niche and post the affiliate link on it . It takes some time but its worth it.
    I have small team they are selling my product on social media (Active Facebook fans, Active twitter followers, Instagram followers) etc and my cost is very little.

    Blood, sweat, and tears!

    You're going to have to work hard.

    If you really have zerio budget, I'd focus on guest blogging for the shorter-term and blogging for the longer-term. Toss in some social media to get more exposure to what you write.

    If you're writing chops are decent, you can drive very solid trafic guesting. Just don't make the mistake of guest blogging for links!

    The fastest and probably the most profitable way to introduce your product into the market is to use joint ventures.

    All you need to do is find people who are good at marketing and need a product to market or are in the business of marketing other people's products. You split the profits according to your agreement.

    This could be people with lists that fit your product and have a list of other people they can get to promote your product.

    You will lose a big portion of the profits but you will build a list and build relationships with other marketer who would be willing to promote your next product if the first is a success. Now you will have new marketing assets that you did not have to pay any up front money for.

    Excelling in doing joint venture is the fastest way to go from zero to hero. I have noticed that very few people in this forum ever talk about joint ventures.

    My suggestion would be to find out everything you can about doing joint ventures and then take action. There is even an area in this very forum that is devoted to joint ventures.

    It is great to know you are a big fan of marketing. This business can become easier for you.

    In your situation, you can get started for free in promoting that software by creating a product review and posting it on free blogger blog like blogger.com. or popularly known as blogspot blogs. It is owned by google and it is free to use. I have been using it in my affiliate sites and they are great!

    Once you get some commissions, you may reinvest some and create a long lasting affiliate marketing funnel to make bigger profits through your own website and hosting.

    Write press release about your product and distribute it on PR directories
    Post some ads on classified websites ( Graiglist is the most recommended )
    Write and publish 5-10 articles related to your product topic ( Ezine article is my favorite)
    Involving in related forums and post helpful content there on a regular basis.

    All these mentioned methods are free and they can bring you some great results but after some time.
