Need help about the promotion of my business?

I recently started a new business with few clients, initially i'm managing all business activities by myself. But now i want to focus more on my clients/customers, so i'm planning to outsource promotion activities. And i also need some staff for my business, but i have not experience of HR & Marketing before. So i am thinking to outsource these tasks to third party. I found "JSM Consulting Firm" with effective solution for my business.

But before i get the services of "JSM Firm", i need your reviews about this company? Please share your thoughts.

    You should hire any freelancer from the Freelancing market place. There are many freelancing market place. you can hire from any sites. But the Upwork, Elance, freelancer is the top site. You can take a look on these sites. Thanks

    Before you even think about outsourcing, make sure you have a clear idea as to the tasks you want to outsource.

    This is a common mistake many companies make when outsourcing. They end up outsourcing the wrong tasks, or they end up outsourcing to the wrong companies.

    You have to understand that many outsourcing companies out there are simply providing a standardized service.

    For you to get a positive experience from that standardized service, you have to be clear that it is a tight fit with what you need.

    This is where too many American, Canadian and Australian businesses screw up.

    They think that outsourcing is some sort of magic bullet for all their production problems.

    No, it is not.

    It is a specific tool.

    Just like with any tool, it has to be used for specific tasks; otherwise, you are going to be disappointed.
