Script: Multiple Domains PR Checker with Interval

Hi warriors,

Does anyone know a good script/website where:

a) It can check PR of multiple domains
b) Can set the interval of the checking session
example: check 1 site every 30 minutes.
c) Can pause and start again after a session

Reason:
I don't want to raise Google’s flag if a script check 300 urls in one go

I can see that Article Post Robot has this feature,
but anyone care to share what script does this?
