Default Cost of serious linkbuilding service?

What's a reasonable monthly fee for the quality legitimate service that could give you 500 backlinks per month?

All backlinks are:
  • pure organic
  • one way
  • do-followed
  • naturally and gradually growing
  • from active PR1-PR5 websites
  • rich anchor text of your choice
  • from diversity of worldwide active and operating portals
2,000-3,000 backlinks are usually enough for pretty high ranking (in my experience lifts you above 20-40M of competing pages)

It depends on the niche and traffic of the websites.

Hi
if you need 2000-3000 backlinks to get your site to page 1 of google in competition levels of 20-40m then I fear that your backlinks or your onsite optimization is not being done correctly.

I have websites on page 1 of google in the 50m competition levels with 400 backlinks and 200 backlinks.

with backlinks i would always recommend some keep with quality and not quantity. Also in order to get the maximum affect out of any backlink strategy your onsite optimization should complement it accordingly.

So good onsite optimization and good quality backlinks will give you your first page ranking. Of course you will need see what you are up against also however you have mentioned competition levels of 20-40m in general. So generally speaking you will not need 2000-3000 backlinks in order to get your first page ranking.

Actually the fee is going to vary from provider to provider. Look through the WSo section, that's where you're going to find the best deals.

As far as 2,000-,3000 links, you may not need that many and you may need 5 times more.

One niche I am in, the number 10 spot on Google has 8,000 links pointing to their site. The number one spot has close to 17,000. I'd barely make the 2nd page with 3,000 links.

My authoirty site ranks number 4 on page 1 of Google with less than 150 links. I could probably add another 20 links and take the number 1 position.

Their is no set amount of links. I just try to get more than the guy on the top.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I should of clarify my question:
I am on the offering side of such service, not on the buying side - and need to have a ballpark dollar figures.

I propelled number of my sites above 50M competition pretty quickly and wonder how much other people would be willing to pay for the same quality SEO services as I do for myself.

50m competitors means nothing. There are only 10 places on the first page. The SEO factors of the first 10 sites is the only thing that tells you how difficult it is to rank.

To the OP, you can build 500-1000 links per months for about $600/mo using an outsourcer. You can also do this a bit cheaper using automated services but you wont be able to sustain the amount of new links from unique domains and IP's for a long period of time to the same site using automated services.

There are several WSOs for this service, so just check out the competition to set your pricing. I would however say this, if you really want to kick some serious bu** you should try to improve on the service/results. It appears to me that these "High PR Link" services being offered (I have purchased several, including 2 list of linking sites) are only beneficial to sites with little current links or competition. All the services I purchased did little to nothing for my high competition sites' ranking. Sorry to go on but wanted to share my results. Good luck.

Thanks.
I got 1-st on Bing (280M competition) and 3-rd on google (50M + 10 pages of ads). So the market is pretty competitive. I don't see any reason why my approach wouldn't work on any market.
I actually looking for 50/50 partner in my backlink building business and want to fairly price my offer.

I got a few PM's from people offering similar services and I think my ballpark estimate was pretty close - ~$500/mo

I believe there is lot more to it. It’s not about always solving everything with paying. Your personal skill and as said niche also matters, I believe. Sometimes you can get more back links with your own course of activities rather than paying someone to do that. And you will never know until you try.

I was thinking about $500 per month as well based off the competition and other people's offerings...

Would this be a manual backlinking process over the days, or an automated one?

Backlinks are created from other sites when their webmasters download and install software. This process is gradual and fully organic.

Hi Gleb,

Taking your bullet points, here are the ones that are more difficult to accomplish with other methods -

a) pure organic

Hmmmm. How pure?

Quote:

I say hmmmm because the most organic is probably an obviously unsolicited, but fawning appreciation in-text backlink.

For example - there's a difference between a recommendation article, with an in-text link, OR a footer link. Yours might be organic, but how pure?

b) do-followed

c) from active PR1-PR5 websites - key!

d) from diversity of worldwide active and operating portals

The others (left out) are easier to obtain.

Considering -

Quote:
I am on the offering side of such service
...which some seem to have missed, I think the above are stronger selling points than the other bullet points, with c) being key - particularly if the majority of links were nearly PR5. If not, then it's moot.

As for the price, only you can be the judge. But the price mentioned seems OK. Maybe more, depending on the quality/pureness.

Yep, for a manual service by an experienced search engine marketing team - $497 is what we charge for one package, $297 for the other.

It's funny that small minded webmasters think it's too expensive while real businesses think it's a bargain. Many people spend that in a day with PPC.

I think spending $1 on a high quality link is what most people paid... I do had once paid for $2000 on a site just for links, but now I decreased the cost to half and still be more links...!

I am #3 out of 149 million. This site has only 624 links linking back to it.
The surrounding sites have the following:

1. 12,000
2. 4,191
3. 624 (me)
4. 47,093
5. 76,675
6. 19,456
7. 15,000,000 (ehow)
8. 3,295
9. 4,925

I have been top 3 for over 2 years for my main search term that brings over 220 uniques a day in the make money niche. It cost me no money to get this but a fair bit of time in terms of backlinking etc.
Oh, It's a .info as well.
