3 Questions: Ministry Traffic, Volunteers, Recruiting

I've been working on an online ministry website for a little while now and have done a lot of major changes to it in the way of design. I think I have it how I like it now. But I really have some trouble finding ways to get new visits. Right now much of my traffic comes from Facebook (yep, I only get a few hits a day).

I have noticed I am now getting a few hits from Bing now with one keyword, but I was wondering if there are other areas of traffic I may be missing. I also have this idea that getting volunteers to help spread the word would be good. But other than asking them to share links on their Facebook what else could I ask them to do? I have 2 volontaires as of right now. And would like to have them recruit others.

So, to sum this post up:

1. What are some good sources of traffic for ministry sites?
2. How can I use volunteers to help drive traffic?
3. How can I gain more volunteers?

To keep the volunteers motivated, they should see the results of their actions. Any way your can achieve this?

I do send out emails to let them know any changes in the amount of traffic that I see from Facebook.
