Suggestions For a Free Video Player That Plays Nice with Dreamweaver

I'm looking for a video player that actually looks like a video player to use with Dreamweaver.

The players that come with DW are functional, but to be honest they look like an image instead of a player.

I'm looking for something similar to this.

Any suggestions?

That is the JW player from LongTail Video | Home of the JW Player which is free for non commercial use and around $100 for use on a business site.
