Shorten domain name of a company name

Hi,

I`m looking at a domain but the full name is taken, so I was looking at purchasing the shortened name

is taken is what I was looking at would that affect me? Company name is
#company #domain #shorten

    That seems like a perfectly acceptable alternative to me. I would do it if it is in your budget.

    You may want to make the name anonymous on the forum though. People have been known to swoop in and buy named names first, just to try and make a quick profit off of you.
