Finding affiliates?

What do some of you, who have ecommerce sites, do to attract affiliates to sign up on your site?

I sell approximately 20-30 orders a day with no advertising and I think with some affiliates I could bump those numbers up considerably and help some people make some money as well as myself.

    Make sure to promote. Find different sites, forums, groups, social media, etc. where people might share an interest in your product or service. Don't spam. Contribute to the community and include a link when allowed and when appropriate. Learning the basics about things such as SEO and SMM can help increase traffic too.

    Depending on the profit margin, you might also want to consider sending out an email to your current customer base, create a squeeze page and segment anyone interested in getting X amount of discount on their next order or next 10 orders... whatever, and in return they can refer a 3 friends or something like that.

    One thing you will need to do though is dress up the affiliate page. There's no information on there, and it's most likely that customers don't even know what an affiliate is. Whether it's a video or on-page content, you'll need something to show them up-front.

    Find the targeted market and advertise your opportunity there. There are many people lookin for genuine opportunity to earn money. Its just th matter of presenting them.
