I use Optimizepress for this, as you can see on my opt in page here: VIP Opt In - Smart Income Detective Blog

It's a one time fee, with no recurring monthly payments (as I hate them too).

There's probably a tonne of others too, but this is the one I use and recommend on my blog.

I have a couple questions

1. How do you create a thread ? Its so freaking confusing and

2. There are sooooo many different names. Is an opt-in page the same as a capture page ? I here landing pge, opt-in page, capture page, and it gets a bit confusing.

I also use OptimizePress. Its really worth the money. You will later find that it integrates a lot of other tools and resources that people are paying for separately.

OptimizePress is a good bet and you can start from only $97 for a 3 site licence.

I have also used Instabuilder 2.0 which is another 1 time fee of $97 and is quick and easy to use BUT if I were to choose between the 2 I would probably go for OP as there is so much more you can do with than just opt-in pages.
