What is your biggest struggle with your online business?

I know this has probably been asked and answered hundreds - if not thousands - of times here on the WF.

So I apologize

I've been in the "online business" world for 15 years or so. And I don't think I have it "figured out" yet, and I'm getting a little perturbed by my inability to focus on something, see it through, and build it into something that hundreds or thousands of people want.

That's MY issue - focus (or lack of it). I find myself all over the place, not so much buying every bright shiny object I see, but more about "Hey, let's try this." And then, "Let's try this. It looks fun."

And on and on.

Is focus an issue for you like it is for me? Or am I the only one? Very interested to hear the Forum's response to this.

    It's pretty common for entrepreneur types to always be thinking of a new idea or method for making money. What isn't so common is the discipline to set those thoughts aside for the time being while one focuses like a laser on one idea to see that through to profitability. Some folks are never able to follow through with daily execution long enough to see their project through to the revenue generation phase. They are constantly looking for new seeds to plant but never reap the harvest because they have moved on to something else.
