Exact Keyword domain, $30 avg cpc, 20,000 searches monthly. What do I do?

Hello warriors? Felt I'd get help here. I registered a domain with the above stats abt a week ago and I'm really confused what to do with it. Park it, Blog on it or what? HELP!

Park it until you figure out what to do. Maybe just backlink it and fill it with relevant content and AdSense ads, maybe build a list from it if possible, it's hard to say, depends on the niche...

Was doing keyword research for an article title for a niche blog and found the domain was available so I registered it. Want to know what works currently for this type.

Without knowing anything about the niche/keyword, it's hard to tell.

Most of the time I would say put up a wordpress blog and get some backlinks

If you can write about the topic which you choose than I suggest you to blog about it. Follow these steps:
Make Categories:
Do little research before creating categories.
Go to Google webmaster tools and search for your main keyword.
Visit some related forums and check which topics are hot.
Choose few related categories and than again go to Google keyword research tool.
Create content:
Now select long tail keywords from Google keyword tool and write articles on them.
Promote it:
Do directory submission, RSS feed submission, Article marketing and Social bookmarking.
