Why is it so hard to find CPL now?

CPL LEADS = SCAMMED TOO MUCH.

Henceforth, instead of using cost per lead.

They will use cost per converting customer, so "CPA", cost per action.

In the old days, people would be pretty honorable and ethical...

cpl companies would happily let anyone join. They knew if they where paying cpl, they where making ten times as much cash as a minimal figure.

But now days, people are free to withdraw funds, close their accounts down and can become un-trackable.

For example, they may use their cpl to personally buy one million dollars worth of stock and work with a corrupt bank in a corrupt country.

They may then grab their revenue from the cpl program, reverse all million dollars worth of charges.

And then disappear in to thin air...

the company loses BIG MONEY.

the litigation goes on forever and if the company ever wins, the bank disappears and does not pay

So they base their payments on cost per confirmed purchase in today's market.

There are still companies out there, you just need to apply and get approved first before you can promote the offers.
