Offer Escrow Service On Your Site?

I want to have a niche based Freelance type of site and want to offer an Escrow service for transactions. Where I live in California it's not legal to offer Escrow service on your site and I need to get a 3rd party service provider. I was considering being a partner with Escrow.com but apparently you can intergrade it to your site but you need a special approval to receive commission off of commissions.


Is there other sites besides Escrow.com that will easily be able to allow me to offer an Escrow service on my site?

    This may not be welcomed but I think Bitcoin will cause escrow services to go the way of the buggy whip makers. See Bitrated.com for how bitcoin is used for arbitration. Then research Bitcoin multi-sig transactions and see how an escrow agent can be set up so that they never have the actual funds in their possession. Bitcoin is going to be a real game changer for escrow and it would be best you check it out before jumping in.
