How to promote Multi-Topic Blog?

Dear Friends,

I have made a blog which in full of information. It is filled with various topics and there is not any specific categories. Though, I have categorized it in some widely used topics.

I have a huge list of contributors who want to work with my Blog. I just want to know that how can I do promote and marketing of my Blog? Kindly share your best experience.

    You may want to ask your contributors to link to your blog from their other contributed blog posts published on other blogs.

    Won't hurt to ask.

    As you said your site have articles on various topics, you should start with SEO, Tell your contributors to write SEO friendly articles and use right keywords & tags for every article. Also as icoachu said you can ask your contributors to include your link on other blog portals as well where they contribute.

    Submit your feeds to RSS directories.
    If your blog is receiving good traffic don't forget to build mailing list of subscribers.

    My Contributors dont know about Keyword selection and SEO and they are not interested to learn it. They only like writing on his/her favorite topic.

      You have to educate them. Get everybody on the same page first in terms of content. Teach them the basics of optimizing their content as well.

      Then from there, as a start, if they are also the ones responsible for promotion, they can start building relationships with influencers.

      For other link building work, that may fall on you.

    Find cheap VAs to do manual link building all day, every day.

    If you've got a list of writers ready to go, building links is the easy part.

    Edit: If it's the site in your signature, don't bother. You're linking out to pharma, gambling, forex with junk content. Good luck!

    And software hacks -- typically malware.

    The best way to promote a broad market blog would be to optimize your contents for the Search Engines. Optimize a lot of keywords and their variations. Your main source of traffic should be from search engines.

    Have your content be shared in social networks.

    If you were to ask me of a better way... it would be to create niche blogs. They are easier to optimize and monetizing from it is faster than to create a broad market authority site.
