Best Functionality In Bulk Emailing Software

I'm looking for an email software that I can use on my Mac that I can add emails to, (any emails, like those I have on lists already, without needing another opt-in), that can send out unlimited emails from any email address, that can scrape the net for emails connected to guest posts and specific niches like guest posts on internet marketing or people who have websites about body piercing, or anything like that.

I want it to be untraceable, have a one time fee to buy the software, so I can use it endlessly, and also have opt in forms that I can put on websites. Does anyone know of such a software?

    ArpReach does everything except scrape. I don't think you'll find any reputable self hosted AR that has a built in scraper. I've never used one, but I'm assuming you'd need more bandwidth to power a scraper than what a normal AR would be hosted on.

    That one looks OK, but the price is a little much, I was looking at heaps of free autoresponder softwares, I'm just not sure if they work well in the free versions. Thanks anyway, anyone else got any good softwares?
