Is it worth sending emails out to a new list if there's only a few people signed up

I'm planning on launching into the forex niche soon (any suggestions on that subject are also welcome) and I'm not sure how fast I can actually build a list when I actually launch. If I only get a few subscribers in the beginning, like in the single or double digits, is it worth actually sending content emails, besides the free products I'm giving out, or should I wait until it's grown more. I know I shouldn't be waiting for a magic number, but it seems like I'd be wasting content if I only sent it out to a few. Thanks for your time warriors.

YES. Start sending, but do it in the format of follow-ups so you don't "waste content". This way, as a follow-up message, your new incoming subscribers will receive the same email content.

Thank you for your quick response. By follow up messages, do you mean interact with the current subs with some small emails relating to the niche? Could you elaborate? Once again, thank you very much

As soon as you have any sort of list, you should be in contact. For the simple reason that they'll grow accustomed to hearing from you.
Imagine if a new subscriber doesn't hear from you for a month while you "wait" for your list to hit a certain size. By that time, they may have forgotten about you entirely.
    So, stay in touch!

There is not such thing as wasting content. You should have a 30 email sequence already set up prior to launch. Depending on how you get their email.
1st email- thank you for purchase or subscribing
2 email- introduction of yourself and what you have to offer
3-8 all content no sales links. This builds value and trust
    Then follow a 3-2 pattern. 3 sales/ 2 content
Day 1 of sales- sales pitch
Day 2 of sales- review product you just pitched
Day 3 of sales- last chance to get type email

Thank you both so much. This really helps me out a ton
