Ezinearticles.com articles not "original" ?

Hello guys,

Last week I was writing some articles to EZA and some of them were approved today. But 4 - 6 articles of mine were rejected for the reason - "They're not original content", what does this mean? I'm pretty sure they're 100% unique.

How i wrote my articles?

I choose one article from eza that contains the same keyword or suitable content for my keywords, then I rewrite it.

Can someone tell me why they say it's not "original"? Is it because it was rewritten? I thought you're allowed to rewrite the articles in EZA.

    Bingo!

I thought you're allowed to rewrite the articles in EZA.
Nope. That's called plagiarism. EZA articles are not PLR articles.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

Hmm.. So I can mix up the content of 2 - 3 articles and put it up as one?

Hope at least that works because I've been doing that for long with articlesbase and now when I use EZA they don't allow any of those. that's pathetic.

It's not original because the one you re-wrote is the original. Taking one persons article and putting it into your own words is plagerism.

When researching an article your "research" should consist of more than ONE piece of reference material. It's okay to look through some articles at EZA to get some ideas of what you would like to include in your article but you should certainly use multiple pieces of source material.

I would also hesitate to use anything you find on EZA without cross checking the facts with another, more reliable source. There are lots of authors on EZA who just rehash other peoples stuff or outsource it for someone else to rehash without much concern about weather they get their facts right.

You really ought to use 4 or 5 sources (or more) for your research. It's not okay to rewrite someone's article and call it your own. Even your articles were accepted there is no guarantee they would have stayed there very long. I noticed an article that looked VERY similar to one of mine before and when I contacted EZA they removed it immediately.

Do proper research and write your own articles. Don't just spin someone else's content and call it your own.

Yeah, that wouldn't bode well with EZA. You always want to write articles in your own words.

I learned from Jeff Herring's techniques. He publishes his articles exclusively on EZA, and he does an awesome job teaching you how to put together articles piece by piece from the title, description, body to flow right into the resource box.

He's pretty good. Writing articles are much easier for me now.

I'm kinda happy that EZA is sophisticated enough to spot these. I'm not a someone who enjoys the whole re-writing trend. I feel like it benefits everyone for people to concentrate on unique content.

Ultimately, I think that people are rewarded for the value they provide. Rewriting articles is -- in my opinion -- a low value activity.
