Help & Advice for a newbie

Hello Warrior forum! My first time posting in here so forgive me for my noobishness and forgive me if this is the wrong forum section to be posting this but the time has come for me to seek out help .
See I haven't yet started trying to make money online, but the time has come now where I need to find a way to earn my own money. Long story short, I live in a foreign country in a normal job, downturn in economy meant I had to move away to work, I have a girlfriend in a different country and all my family in another....so as you can imagine I need to make a way of earning income.

Now, I have been brainstorming ideas and I think educating myself and learning affiliate marketing is probably the best way to get started, however; what would you guys recommend? affiliate marketing or perhaps something like selling physical products?

ok next question is, have any of you had reputable and genuine mentors and where can I find one? (more than likely on here Im guessing?) It is now time for me to invest and learn. I would also really love it if any of you could let me know about products or services you have used where you got genuine results. Yes I do know this takes effort, and yes I know you need a genuine business approach and no I don't particularly want to do this to get rich quick, just so I am not tied to a location. I have been reading and kind of educating myself on some of this stuff but I really feel I need a mentor to steer me in the right direction. I've contemplated signing with the six figure mentors and I've contemplated signing with clickbank university but for some reason, they don't seem very personal to me, almost like you are just another number.

I would really appreciate any genuine and helpful replies here guys.

I would suggest to not be looking for a mentor at first. But spend your time learning about different aspects of online marketing, making a decision on which direction to go, and start carrying through on your decision. Then once you get stuck or quit making progress you'll be in a better situation to use a mentor.

In the beginning, most people don't need someone to personally tell them every step to take. That can be found in any number of good courses.

If you like to write or create your own content and have something to share that can help others, creating Kindle books or infoproducts might be a viable alternative.

With most "coaches" until you get into the higher range of fees (thousands) you are just a number too in the sense that there won't be a lot of personal handholding.

In the end if your first instinct is to go with affiliate marketing, I think you can't go wrong by trying. My first dollar earned online was through this method. Then I moved on to infoproducts and other things from there.

    Mark

The thing that's going to separate you from others, is by doing what you love or inspired to pursue. Who do you resonate with better? It can't just be about the money. There's many ways to make money online, so you'll just want to pursue a direction and stick with it.

Whether it info products, services or physical products, look up to those more successful than yourself and those who inspire you. If that's the style of marketing you can see yourself doing, then start there.

Sure. There's plenty from here, but they all pursue different directions. Some may even provide "coaching services" and you'll just have to look using the search feature with the relevant keywords. But you've got to know which direction you want to pursue to begin with, as I've said before, it can't just be about the money.

Keep your money in your pocket. There is no need to spend any money at all.
There is enough knowledge and expertise on this forum for you to get started in your chosen path.
If you can't find the answer to anything specific just ask, I am sure someone on here will be able to give you the advice you need free.
There are too many on this forum exploiting newbies by selling them courses, ebooks etc. Don't fall into this trap.
If you are eager to spend some money then get a subscription to the War Room. Loads of free products and good advice on there.

    Good luck

You're going to have to start from ground zero. I suggest starting in the War Room. Download some free guides that will give you the basic info that you need to *understand* how online marketing works. To expect a "complete" answer in a few paragraphs from individual posters here won't give you what you're *looking for*.

    Just another dollar sign...

I suggest starting in the War Room.
That $97 could be so much better spent.

Find someone who will show you how to duplicate their existing system.
