CPA (lead generation) + co-reg: real time / fresh feeds.

You can also buy aged lists as well real cheap.

I have done both and I'm just now going back to putting my main focus on real time / fresh feeds.
Not that you can't made good money with aged lists, you can make $100K's per year.
But the really big money is in real time / fresh feeds.

Depends on the offer and niche.

If its IM then solo ads will convert
pretty well.

My suggestion is that CPC of google adwords and SMM campaign is the best for CPC marketing. It generates genuine and most relevant targeted leads. Its success mostly depends on proper keywords research. If you set your campaign for SMM properly it goes viral and generates more leads at a free of cost than what you target.
