Is anyone tired of buying IM products that spout an easy traffic method, then lead you though a technique and always end up saying " buy a solo ad". I know of alot of other traffic methods but keep hoping someone will come up with a revolutionary "traffic method" no one else has. Is it just me that is tired of being told to buy solo ads? No offense, solos can be great.

Then why don't you work on those traffic sources? No one will give you golden traffic sources, you need to find it on your own.

Solo ads can be a great and easy way of getting traffic it's just that sometimes some of the solo ads that vendors be promoting turn out to be not so good. If you go through the solo ad testimonial groups that are available on facebook you can find great solo ad vendors there. I would also look into social media traffic which can be very targeted as well.

Already work on them, and do just fine. I research others products to keep up on trends and it seems that many products only refer to buying solo ads as the primary traffic source. Many new to IM world may not be able to afford them.

The truth about solo ads is that you have to HUSTLE finding good vendors.

    There is no shortcut.

You have to test for yourself.

    :]

(I'm a top buyer on one of the big solo vendor sites, if you're wondering if I'm qualified to answer).

I wish you the best nevertheless.

Sarevok, do you buy solos to resell solos, or do you buy to sell your own products and build a list?

        I don't think I've EVER sold a solo ad.

(Actually, I think I've sold ONE in my entire life. Not my style).

        Hope that helps.

PS: Weird of me saying that, since there is someone in my profile asking me to sell a solo ad haha.

I talk about solo ads, so people assume I sell them.

I agree. It takes both time and money to find good quality solo ad vendors. There are no shortcuts!

There is no easy traffic method...that is just a myth. However, after you build up some skills and know how, it can become easy, constant and very profitable.

Some will argue that there are some PAID Ads that are 'easy'. Well they may be an easy way to lose money especially if you don't know what you are doing.

Every paid method has a learning curve too.

Just pick one FREE Traffic method, learn it and master it.

Most people will tell others to buy solo ads because they think it's an easy way for a new marketer to get traffic.

Solo's can work but it takes time (and money) to find the ones that will work for you. You need lots of patience.

I've had and have great results when it comes to solo ads.

Granted not all of them give me good results, but most of them do.

Its just knowing who to buy from
(which is easier than you think)

    Here's how I did it.

I bought 200 clicks from a guy whose name continued
to show up inside of a FB group.

He got a decent opt-in like 54% and made me sales (even better)
so I went back to him and asked him who he buys his traffic
    from.

He recommended some people who buys traffic from and boom
instant solo ad rolodex created for me :-)

    Worked well for me.

There are bunch of other strategies out there. What products have you bought recently? I think if you buy a bunch of WF products you'll keep running into the same strategies, but if you step out of this world you may be able to find a solid product that delivers the goods.

What do you sell specifically? What other strategies have you tried?

Solo are great for targeted lists, however those tend to be expensive, there are networks of list owners willing to get your message across a specific amount of people for a quite high fee but have a track record of great CTR, around 40 to 60%, those would be great to try but direct them to a squeeze page, just thought of an example: Solo Ads Directory For Internet Marketing. Buy/Sell Solos

There are only so many newbie friendly methods that fit into the required "easy money" frameworks found in make money online info products. But the creators of these products know that people are going to buy this stuff over and over again and just keep on buying it.

I found a "Ninja Loophole Traffic Source" that is NOT solo ads!

    PM ME... Jokes.

    Here's the game plan.

Fine a product on weight loss (CPA, Clickbank, Anything)

Using Photoshop, crop your head onto Arnold Schwarzenegger's body and say something like

"HOLY SMOKES!!! After 3 Days Of Implementing XYZ, I look amazing. Check it out".

Sit Back and make some money

The trick here is to Delete all female friends and friend random dudes... (Ideally skinny guys)

Solo ads work very very well, but like all other forms of advertising, have a limited shelf life. At least for each particular solo ad targeting the same 2000 people for example.

In my opinion, solo ads are prime for a new product launch to spread the word quick and also brand the name. They are not the be all but are just another marketing tool in your advertising tool belt.

I agree with what you are saying.
It's just the same rehashed nonsense.
Plus it's a very poor business model.

I can understand why people keep on saying "buy solo ad". In my opinion, solo ad traffic is probably one of the easiest and guarantee traffic. Lets say our squeeze page conversion is around 40%. Meaning, you buy 100 clicks and you can guarantee yourself 40 optins.

Some marketers love solo ad traffic is because you can easily know how much traffic that you can get after spending money on purchasing solo ad.

Of course, like some have commented, quality of the traffic is still very important. You just need to buy from a trusted seller.

I know solo ad vendors hold their cards close to their vest and don't divulge their traffic sources. But damn, I'd love to know what these folks are doing to get such a high number of daily opt-ins that they're able to sell ads to others.Especially when they can boast fresh emailings to top tier lists...

Right now, i'm cashing in on them. Something that i thought would be hard or at least, with a low profit which isn't the case. I suggest you take a closer look at them.

Solo ads can work really well when you have a new offer and no one used it before on the list/s. This is very true when you are in a network marketing opportunity. When you grab a solo ad from one vendor, just know that 10-20-30-40 others in your company have probably used the same offer before you.

When this happens, your link is useless.

If you really want to do really well with solo ads, you want to find programs that no one has promoted to those lists before.
