My Niche Money Making System...

I thought this would be nice sharing with everyone else 'How to make money from niche websites'. I have started internet marketing for quite some time back and thought this might be a good sharing to those who just started on in internet marketing.

The good thing about starting niche websites is that once it succeeds, it can be a very reliable passive income that can brings you more and more money each month.

Here's the methods which I built my niche websites.

1. Looking at very popular and sellable clickbank products. Generally, I tried to find products that are of high gravity (above 30 or 50) so that it tells me that there is a demand in the product, and it also tells me that the affiliates has somehow find a way to sell the product.

2. Checking on the statistics. Like checking out how much is the monthly searches. This is very important so I can forecast the demand. I used the google keyword tool. I used both exact phrase match and broad phrase match. Generally I would go for searches that is more than 3000 so that I can get traffic of at least 100 a day. There are more to it such as finding the past trends (is it growing? is it seasonal?)

3. Checking out the competition (it is not the number of competitors that matter but the quality). I make sure I checked on my competition so that I know that I won't enter the niches where it is impossible to get anywhere 1st page in the google serp. Generally for me this is the most important part that determines whether I would make any money out of the niche. There are some rules and guidelines which I used for myself and I used Market Samurai to give me a very quick zoom on the niche I'm targeting.

I repeat step 3 until I see there's a keyword that I can target and it is quite a good searches for me to go in.

4. Then I get the domains (sometimes more than 1 so that I capture the market from all angle). Set up the wordpress theme, outsource around 5 articles to get everything set up.

5. Next, I outsource my SEO jobs, like building of links, social bookmarking etc. (I haven't touch angela's and paul's links yet as some of my niches are quite easy to rank).

6. Usually your site won't immediately go to first page immediately so I went to my other niches and or repeat the same process again on a new niche..

7. Sometimes, it would just take a week to get to the top 10 position of the keyword. Once it hit the top 10 position, it's time for making money time. I can roughly gauge traffic that once it reaches the first position, how many visitors are there going to be exactly. This determines whether I should focus on this site or not.

8. I started to add all the clickbank affiliate links in it and promote the site heavily once I get a traffic of 30-50 visitors a day. Otherwise it may be wasting time to monetize the site without any visitors.

9. Repeat step 5 - Push my rankings to the first position. And once it reaches the first position, it is most likely a passive income I can happily sit back.

10. Rinse and repeat the whole process again and again till you are sick of making money.


Things to take note: You definitely want to let them opt in or else you will be missing a big list out there that is going to grow for a long time.
