How can I buy Solo Ads for my Niche?

I'm selling a product in sports gambling and Bing has been pretty restrictive for the type of language I use. I want to try solo ads and see what the conversions are like. But how do I find solo ads for sale in this niche?

The major players in this arena will cost a substantial amount. I just need some direction.

    You could try this- search for websites in your market. Check they are collecting email addresses. Sign up to their list. If there's a good match with your offer you can approach them direct. Offer to pay them to send a solo to their list and pay them for each unique click.

    In other words take what we do in the IM niche and apply it to any other, just being a little more proactive in finding a potential vendor. A little more work involved finding vendors but you might build some great J/V relationships.

    Take your main keywords for your niche and plug them into google and start going through the results one by one by visiting the website and looking usually they are at the bottom of the page in the footer but you are looking for a link that says "advertising" and look to see if they offer solo mailings.

    If you don't see anything but you see a signup form on the page then be sure to contact the owner and ask.

    Takes time.

    What you want to do or what I do before I even spend time talking with the owner is I plug their site into alexa and see where the majority of the traffic is coming from. I'm my experience you want to stay away from india based sites. You will see a lot of them. Just run the other way and look for sites where the traffic is us based.
