Legit and REAL training for domaining?

the past couple days I've been very serious about learning the Domaining business and want to get the right training, the information that will actually show me what I need to know and follow.

Does anyone know of any such legit training?

Honestly, you can get great information by joining and reading some of the major domain forums out there like NamePros and DNForum. These are where the real domainers hang out and you'll probably learn more than any eBook or training program!

Even though I haven't taken any of his courses, I've read enough of his help and advice on this forum through the years to say that Gene Pimentel is one of the top guys in this forum when it comes to domaining. You can check his latest WSO here: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...r-special.html

Thanks guys. I'll check out those leads. I like the idea of learning from the forums, but from my experience in learning anything new, the gold is usually not on the forum but in the really legit courses. For example, I recently started an Amazon business and our success is solely from the information and training from the quite pricey course.

I second the recommendation for Gene's course. I'm taking it, and it's very, very good.

I don't really agree with this. I've learned almost everything from this very forum, without paying a penny. But one needs to be able to make the difference between good advice and bad advice for this to work. Otherwise, you risk spinning your wheels and getting nowhere.

This is an interesting point of view especially since you are selling stuff through the forum. I'm not one that believes that high price necessarily equals high quality. Many times it does but many times it doesn't.

I think there are some extreme values with high quality information sold and shared freely here. I recently saw some high quality, fairly inexpensive products where I was very please. At the same time I've seen overblown fluff that made me regret spending the time to even open the file. A little research before purchase goes a long way in ensuring we only invest in quality.

Back to domaining though,I think most people that have seen Gene's stuff would agree he is the real and legit deal - forum or not.
