Affiliate networks with recurring rev share option

I run a number of recurring product offers on clickbank, cj, and revenuewire. Does anyone recommend other affiliate networks with a large amount of Affiliates that allow merchants with recurring revenue products? Any insight would give me a great starting point. I realize CPA networks are a dime a dozen but for these products I'd like to offer rev share to affiliates.

    I use PayGear.com which support recurring commission. You can set the payout to be different for first sales verses recurring as well.

      How many affiliates use Paygear and what kind of verticals does the network cater too?

      I'm familiar with Jvzoo already and looking into launching on there as well.
