Need Company To Handle Customer Service and Order Taking

I have an ecommerce store that i am now starting to give some TLC to and starting to get ranked for my main keywords but having a tech issue with major duplicate title tags but thats being worked on and once that gets resolved, my traffic will go through the roof and im going to need to outsource customer service and order taking bc right now i get a few phone calls a week for orders which will then probably be a few to a dozen a day once i get traffic levels up.

need to know where i can find somone or more likely, a company that does this for several different clients... my big concern is how to protect myself bc they will be taking down people credit card numbers and dont want a bad apple to ruin this for me.
