Need a VERY skilled vBulletin programmer

Hi All,

I'm hoping there may be a Warrior here who has serious experience in setting up big vBulletin (3.8x) projects. This is not for a standard forum that uses a downloadable skin. i need someone who can do the following:

Create a 'unique' vB template/layout and skin
Radical layout required, must be intuitive but unlike standard forum layout
Must be able to push the envelope on Web2.0 functionality

It's a media based site - so I need users of the forums to be able to have:
User controllable flash players
Admin controllable master player that does not refresh each time the rest of the page is reloaded (set up with a selection of playlists)
Facilitate the exchange of media files between users via some type of file sharing facility (not for illegal file sharing purposes!)

Extensive knowledge of vB hacks and mods required - must be able to suggest, explain, install and troubleshoot

Most importantly: MUST have a proven track record complete with examples and list of most recent client sites.

I'm not getting into the ins and outs of the site here so if anyone thinks they might fit the bill or knows someone who does,feel free to leave a post or ask me more questions by PM. This is not for an ordinary forum so please only contact me if you have a lot of experience - if this was for a regular vB forum I would do it myself.

Jay Wilson Jr. is a good one. Just Google him and he'll come up. I think he's a member here as well. Not sure how often he visits the forum though.
