High quality article and info graphic - and now?

Hello,

I wrote a very high quality article above 2000 words with pictures, explanations etc. and created an info graphic from it as well.
That all is on my blog which has like 5 visitors a day, backed up by my FB page with 7 fans.
What do I do now to publish that great content online and get more traffic coming in?

    Publish more.. one blog most does not make an authority site...

    The more content you have (and backlinks, social signals, domain age, etc..), the easier it is to rank. Just keep going..

    Yes .. I will.
    I thought more about how to distribute that specific one. Put the info graphic on pinterest, write an excerpt or similar and put it on __? etc.

    There are another 40 posts on the blog - but never that long and detailed, so I thought now I could start and try to promote this content a bit?

    You can post in on imgur, pinterest, any pdf sharing site... there are a lot of options.

    If you're trying to rank that one page, I would put it on a site like Hub Pages or any site with authority. Then do SEO. Like Michael mentioned, one page on a new site is very difficult to rank. That's why he suggested you build more pages to make it more of an "authority" site.

    You could also PIN the graphic on Pinterest, Facebook, etc. and hope that people share it. Join Related Facebook groups, Forums, etc. and post your Info Graphic.

    Keep on writing consistently, do not concentrate too much on 1 article. N keep on optimizing them.

    If you can add 1 new blog article per day and do this for the next 60-120 days, this will tell you if article marketing is working for you or not.

    Don't publish more.

    Instead, login as your FB fan page and comment on other related FB fan pages.

    Submit to stumbleupon.

    Reach out to blogs that link to similar content and ask them to link to yours.

    There are HUNDREDS of ways you can REACH OUT to others to drive traffic.

    Of course, this all assume your content is TOPNOTCH.
