Apply as an afiliate, description for multiple products

When I apply as an affiliate for a affiliate network, they usually want me to insert a website and a description about its content, etc.

Lets say I have a website about diet pills and I apply for a company selling diet pills.

if I also have a website about dogs, and wants to sell dog products on that website using the same affilate network, what should I do.

Should I first apply for a diet pill company, and once I get accepted, I should erase, and then insert my dog website and show it to the company selling dog products?

Or just apply for the dog company and let them see my diet pill website?

Just set up a professional looking website representing yourself (or, better yet, your company) as performance marketers and describe your business model. Mention what verticals and what traffic types you work with - check out marketing agency sites for inspiration. The only time that isn't the best solution is if you have an established high-traffic site in a specific niche. Otherwise, a network would prefer to see a professional site that supports you as a performance/direct response marketer.

Thanks, I looked at some marketing agency sites, but those I found, were all kind of huge and established. Not sure that would work for me at this stage. I do not have any clients, employees, etc, I am new to this whole thing.

Don't you think it would be a little overkill to start out that way?
