how do I advertise for free: temporary short term jobs

Hello
Can anyone help me please.

with the exception of gumtree.
How i can place a free advert for a very short term job.

The work itself is not actually a real job but they do get paid for it.

Im experimenting with a lead generation idea for the home improvement industry, and i will be offering £250 to anyone from the east midlands UK who can provide the list of 10 homeowners (usually friends and family) who have a need (eg 3 items or more, or a conservatory or a porch)
Of course there is no obligation to buy, but the homeowner must receive a quote and demonstration.

So if any of you have any ideas, it would be appreciated.

Use a scraper, get targeted leads in an area that has money, then use direct mail with kick ass ad copy, and a smoking free landing page.
