None of this will be easy to obtain but with some luck and being in the right place and at the right time (which we all can do) it is entirely possible to put it all together

1) the right product that has stood the test of time and is proven to be something everybody wants and needs

2) the right lead generation method with quality leads interested in your specific niche that haven't cooled down for too long

3) the right marketing message to put in front of those leads - this may be the hardest part of all and you may need to spend a lot of money getting something drawn up

4) financing for someone to purchase your product or business opportunity if it is a high ticket item you are selling so the average joe can get in without any up front money down

If all these conditions are right... Boy do you have a good opportunity at hand

Think about it: best product, best marketing message, best leads, and nobody has to put any up front money down to get in.

That is a recipe for success.
