Team management software?
So far I haven't found any traditional help desk to have all the featured required.
I need to be able to moderate their interactions between coaches and customers until such time as they prove they are trustworthy and reliable.
Also need to track coach productivity and have all questions/replies done via personal email interactions.
Any ideas on how best to manage a team of coaches? Is there a way I can also gather data on how to pay these coaches % of each client? salary? etc
