Aweber Not Taking New Orders Online?

Hi,

I'm considering Aweber for my list building, and just look around at their site
to see if they have discounts if we do bulk-order (6 months or 1 year).

However, I found this at their Order page:

We are currently not processing new orders online. Please contact customer service at 800.531.5065 or help@aweber.com to order.

I've waited about a week or so and the Order page still displaying that.
Have also checked out their resellers like ProSender and ProFollow... no difference.

Question:
- Is anybody else experiencing this? Is their service down at the moment?
- Or is my country banned from Aweber? If yes, is there a workaround?
- Do they offer discounts on bulk orders (6 months - 1 year)?
- Do they have free trial? For how long?

I'm not seeing that at all. But, really, the best place to ask is Aweber support.

Thanks for the head up.
That pretty much confirms my suspicion that my country is indeed blacklisted.

However, would you mind answering the last 2 questions:

- Roughly 15% for anything over 1 month.
- Not in any real sense. You can check out the features, but not send mail.

That's really odd. I just had a friend that ordered AWeber this week without any problems. Then again, they live in the United States.

Hi Ray,

They do have a discount where if you order for a longer period of time, you save something like $34 if you order for a year. Also if you're a student or part of a non-profit, you can get some lower pricing.
