The importance of getting to know people

In my opinion the biggest leap in success for me would be actually getting to know guys who have more experience in different niches than mine and semi trading information with them about my niche for stuff about their niche and thus expanding my knowledge in general for marketing online.

So my best advice would be to get to know people on the forum and create great relationships with them, don't banter them for information or methods. Just be genuine about it.

You might meet and greet a friend who in a few years might make you a millionaire..
Also the experience and knowledge you can gain from just genuinely talking to someone can be exponential .

    No need to 'trade' for the info

    Most are more than happy to share their knowledge

    Why?

    It builds up their industry rep and credibility

    imho ... Networking is a must.. it helps.. even if you are a successful marketer, you still need to network so that when you release a new product, it is easier for you to get you partners to promote them.. Take it as helping each other along the way.. especially if you want to venture into other niche..
    Yes, information are readily available but the truth value still lies in the marketers' head..

    I also network every chance I get and I never think twice about helping someone out. Call it karma or a higher power, but it always comes back to you in spades.

    Networking with successful people is often the 1st and best step towards becoming successful as well. If most people would stop looking for a get rich quick scheme and apply the real methods to making money online, that are often discussed here daily, I think a lot more people would eventually have success online. If you tell somebody that it is going to take 1-2 years to start to have a great blog that brings in a huge amount of traffic, they might not be willing to put in that much time to get results. If you tell somebody that it is going to take some money to get started or to make a positive ROI with paid ads, they might also be unwilling to invest in themselves and take a gamble on what they could make back in return from them. The ones that are actually able to make this into a business are dedicated and faithful in what they can do & are always willing to learn how to make things better. Best of luck!
