Hi ,
So i'm Begginer in the marketing .. i have a new page in facebook of fitness i share some photos about fitness and muscle .. i give just some likes with sites of exchanges ! and i approved to some groups of this niche ( just 3 or 4 ) . and i have a blog i just post one thread .. so please i wanna anyone help me how i can build a list and how i can give a visitors .. and Thanks ^_^

I think to do something in fitness you have to talk about personal experience. You have to showcase changes like going from skinny to muscular or from fat to skinny. I think the more visual the better you can do.

  Instagram is a perfect place to promote fitness products.
  
  I highly recommend you follow some of the people who are in your niche such as: exercise4abs, gymsecrets, shredz, fit_shredded_vikings, optimum training, peter_jovanovic and so many others.
  
  They do extremely well using this medium and have literally millions of followers between them.
  
  Also add some great graphics to your site and get people pinning it.
