What's Real Estate plugin for Landlords area called?

There's a plugin in wordpress I'm trying to find so I thought to crowd source the solution.
I was under the impression it was just a user profile plugin.
Basically check out

Anyone got ideas on what the appropriate plug-in to do the same so a landlord can log in and see rent that's been paid, documents etc.. ?
As it gives a a profile area for each individual landlord detailing various documents
